1. It adopts a hood suction type structure and is equipped with a high pressure powerful fan. Suction with silencer, air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, not less than 1.5 meters from the host, and the operating side is fully enclosed.
2. Wall panel cast iron structure, wall panel thickness 130mm.
3. Corrugated roller material is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered, medium frequency quenched, surface polished, corrugated main roller diameter ¢ 280mm, surface hardness HRC58 degrees or more. The key parts of the roller and pressure roller bearing are made of Wafangdian high temperature bearing.
4. Pressure roller 284 284mm, surface grinding and chrome plating; cylinder control up and down movement, material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenching and tempering treatment (with buffer device).
5. Pneumatic control to glue the rubber, the diameter of the rubber roller ¢ 215mm surface is polished and engraved with 25 lines of pit-type mesh processing after hard chrome treatment, the surface of the squeegee roller is polished and then plated with hard chrome.
6. The raw materials of corrugated roller and pressure roller are provided by Zhongyuan Special Steel. The corrugated roller has a single side of 0.15mm and a high pressure of 0.075mm. Add limit device. The compact cylinder is made of ¢160mm cylinder.
7. The preheating roller adopts Tiangang Steel to produce seamless steel pipe ¢ 320mm
